Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Production times vary by item, but most orders are ready to ship within a few days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in all orders. There are no additional charges for domestic or international delivery.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the production facility nearest to you. Most orders arrive within standard carrier timeframes. International deliveries may take longer due to customs processing.

Global Shipping

We ship worldwide. Some destinations may have limited carrier options, but we work with a network of fulfillment partners to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on where each item is produced or stocked. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee replacements for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us and we’ll look into it. Carrier delays are outside our control, but we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, email us right away with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or find an appropriate solution.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
