Returns

Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number and a brief note about the issue.

Non-returnable items

Original, one-of-a-kind artwork is final sale and cannot be returned.

Condition of returned items

Returned items must be in their original condition. Items that arrive damaged or used may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing times vary by bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away with photos. We’ll replace it or issue a refund.

Shipping costs

Shipping is always included in your order. If a return is approved, return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
